Betting should be entertainment, never a way to make money or solve money problems. OddsBay compares odds; it does not take bets. If you choose to bet, we want you to do it safely.

21 and over only

OddsBay is intended for adults aged 21 and over. Sports betting is only legal in some places, and the rules differ by country and by US state. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you live.

Keep it under control

  • Set a budget before you start and only bet money you can afford to lose.
  • Set a time limit, and take breaks.
  • Never chase losses by betting more to win money back.
  • Do not bet when you are upset, under pressure or drinking.
  • Use the limits your sportsbook offers: deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion.

Warning signs

It may be time to stop or to get help if you:

  • spend more money or time betting than you planned
  • borrow money, sell things or miss bills to keep betting
  • hide your betting from family or friends
  • feel anxious, irritable or low when you are not betting
  • keep betting to win back what you have lost
